The Fraternal
Order of Police is the largest organization of law enforcement
professionals in this region, this state, and the country.
Locally, Lodge 25 has over 500 members. Serving Avon Lake, Bay
Village, Fairview Park, Lakewood, Metro Parks, North Olmsted,
North Ridgeville, Olmsted Falls, Olmsted Township, Rocky River,
Westlake, State and Federal Agencies.

After interviewing all of the candidates in the race for the
new District 1 race for County Council, the Plain Dealer has
announced it's endorsement of Dave Greenspan in the Republican
Primary. As stated
by the paper: "... Greenspan, the endorsed GOP candidate,
presents a blend of thoughtfulness, experience and immunity to
"we've always done it this way" that Republican voters

community will bring a refreshing change to the entrenched
political atmosphere here in NE Ohio.
The last thing we need is another Democrat taking the next natural
progression in their political career. If we don't bring in some
fresh blood and ideas to NE Ohio, I fear this area will continue
to suffer from lack of development, unemployment and a steady rise
in crime.
Quit frankly, given the last two years of FBI probes into the
reigning Democratic government and political figures, it's
shocking and Dem would be bold enough to run.
